The purposes of data processing collected on the website omnicloudcx.it are aimed at the use of the website itself, and, where expressly indicated, commercial and promotional contact.

The data will not be processed, nor disclosed, nor used, nor stored for any purpose other than those inherent to the relevant business processes and services provided.

OmiCloudCX also processes data with the support of external Processors whose references will be communicated in compliance with the rules established by the EU Regulations upon express request.

Authorized data processors

Personal data may be brought to the attention of those authorized to process them and may be communicated to collaborators and/or other parties with respect to whom communication is necessary for the provision of services.

Types of data processed

Computer systems in general, Internet transmission protocols and the software on which this site is based acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data.

The information is not collected for identification purposes, although this is possible through processing by the competent authorities.

Data collected

The data collected are: IP addresses; the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources; the time of the request; the method used to make the request to the server; the size of the file obtained in response; the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
